Kaecoh have started to manage a new contract with an old contact who is building a house for himself.

We manage contact compliance and negotiations with the builder (main contractor) on items, design decisions and changes to the specification of the project.

The builder is working to 2 week payment schedules and they pass the invoice and breakdown to ourselves. We agree the terms and items to be paid and then arrange payment to meet the clients requirement so that the builder can track invoice receipts.

All contract disputes and payment schedules are agreed upfront by ourselves, working for our client, so that they do not need to manage the build project directly themselves.
